Big Creek Expeditions is located within the 16 acres that make up Fox Fire Campground. Resting on the edge of the Pigeon River, the campgrounds are close enough to Gatlinburg to take advantage of attractions and activities, but far enough to avoid the crowds. Fox Fire Riverside Campgrounds has quick access to hiking, fishing, and rafting. Finish your day of rafting with an evening next to the river watching the stars while gathered around a fire. Enjoy the Smoky Mountains to the fullest by adding camping to your rafting expedition. Available to combine with either the Upper Section or the Lower Section.
To include a camping stay with your rafting trip you will begin by reserving your rafting trip. Before completing the reservation, you will be asked if you would like to add more items to your itinerary. Just select the dates you would like to camp, and complete the reservations process.
