Legacy Mountain Restrictions
Age Restrictions:

This trip is available for ages 3 and up. Minors under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult on tour.

Weight Restrictions:

Must be between 70-275 pounds to zip alone. Kids under 70 pounds must ride tandem with a guide or adult.

Footwear:

Wear snug fitting shoes with a fully-enclosed toe and heel, like a an athletic, boot, or hiking shoe.

Unfortunately, Legacy Mountain is unable to accommodate anyone that is:
Pregnant
In a cast or splint
Physically challenged

Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our business, we ask for any changes to your reservation to be made 48 hours PRIOR to your scheduled trip time. Refunds will be issued as follows:

Prior to 48 Hours: 100% of total cost will be refunded
Within 48 Hours: No refunds will be issued
After check-in time, anyone impaired by drugs or alcohol will be excluded from participation without refund.

If our staff is unable to work you into today's trip schedule, we will work with you to book a reservation for tomorrow or another day that works for your group.

*We have guaranteed release days weekly Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday throughout the June, July, and August months between Memorial and Labor Day weekends. At times due to weather conditions and rain levels, we will offer trips other days when water is released. We strive to ensure the river will be flowing at a level with enjoyable and challenging rapids.
